  1. In undertaking to attend coaching with me, whether in person or by a platform such as Zoom/Skype/Facetime, you are committing yourself to a process of coaching for the agreed number of sessions. This will require you to explore your Inner Self including your emotions and programming, and may involve you having to step outside of your emotional comfort zone. You also need to be willing to be challenged and to have blind spots uncovered. It is important to take responsibility for your own process and subsequent to sessions and the whole series of sessions to take appropriate action both in terms of your State of Consciousness/Mindset and your outer life.

  1. To get the most out of this kind of coaching you will need to :
    1. Be serious about wanting to shift into a higher state of mind/consciousness and release limiting patterns
    2. Apply yourself to techniques that may be recommended and to act upon insights
    3. Be prepared to try out new ideas or ways of doing things and reflect and learn from experience
    4. Be prepared to listen to feedback and act on it where appropriate to do so
    5. Be prepared to spend time in between sessions working through any action points set
    6. Make time for this process
    7. Grow your awareness and take responsibility in full for yourself and for your life, especially by implementing the agreed actions from our coaching.

  1. The coaching service will be delivered and designed according to the coachee’s agenda, though in conjunction with personal development and transformational processes and programmes. Coaching helps the client to grow their awareness and see their own solutions, and access their own power and potential. Coaching is a collaborative relationship, and it is the power granted to the relationship by both Coach and Coachee that fuels the process.

  1. This coaching is not intended to be a substitute for mental health help or psychotherapy and is unlikely to be helpful for clients who suffer from major depression or anxiety. Clients with lesser levels of depression or anxiety may benefit from this and may discover techniques to help themselves. This coaching may involve the release or healing of unhelpful mind states, but it must be understood that this is within the context of coaching. Likewise, a certain level of mentoring may be involved to help a client to learn techniques, but the key focus will always remain as personal development and transformational coaching.

  1. Given the collaborative nature of coaching, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

  1. The coachee agrees to whatever prior arrangements we have made regarding fees and the number of sessions – these will usually have been agreed with prior emails and such emails will constitute an offer and acceptance as part of this agreement.

  1. In the main, coaching is offered as a package of 6 sessions. It is recommended that sessions are every 2 – 4 weeks so that the first total coaching package is completed within 3 – 6 months. The coach will attempt to make this possible in terms of availability, though no guarantees of specific days and times can be given, and holidays and sickness sometimes needs to be taken into account. Following any initial coaching package, the coach will invite the coachee to contract more sessions if it is deemed mutually agreeable and beneficial. In some cases, coaching is offered session by session – this will have been agreed to in prior emails. Where this is the case, this agreement applies and when further sessions are contracted, this agreement continues to apply.

  1. The length of a coaching session will be as agreed with the coachee via email or phone. A standard session is approximately 60 – 75 minutes long. In some instances, usually as a one time session, and available at a pre-agreed price, longer sessions are available to address specific issues. Such sessions might range from 90 minutes to 3 hours.

  1. Payment for sessions is as per agreement via email or phone and may include payment by card or Paypal, or bank transfer. Sessions whether online or in person must be paid in advance and will usually be booked online via the website.

  1. To cancel a session please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less time than that must be paid in full regardless of the reason. If you are late for a session the session will still end at the appointed time. If for any reason I miss the session with you, you will be reimbursed if the session was paid already, or the session fee paid will be used towards the next session. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the appointed time, we will consider that you did not attend and it will be assumed you are not coming. The full session fee is payable in such instances, regardless of the reason for not attending – this applies to online and in person sessions.

  1. The coaching service is completely confidential unless you give me information in writing to discuss the coaching with other people. The main online platform I use is Zoom and in undertaking coaching with me via Zoom you implicitly agree that Zoom affords a sufficient level of privacy, confidentiality and security. Should you prefer an alternative platform please discuss this me.
